Throughout her career, she has gained experience as an advisor for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has built and maintained relationships, developed and implemented legislative tactics, and created positive contributions to the community. Additionally, her extensive background includes negotiating alliances and hiring, training, and managing over 150 employees.

Anay has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Education, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
