Carol Stiefel has been practicing law in Miami for forty years. Carol practiced law at several Miami corporations including MasTec, Inc., IVAX Corporation, Centres Inc. and Burger King Corporation. Carol has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel – South Florida Chapter, Dave &. Mary Alper Jewish Community Center and Bet Shira Congregation. She has spent many years involved with the Special Needs Committee and its fundraising events at the Alper JCC.

Carol has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual majors in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law.

She has been involved with a numerous organizations in the special needs community for many years. Carol is the proud mother of two boys, Daniel and Kyle, who are both on the autism spectrum. She was married to David Stiefel, founder and President of Great Communicators, Inc, a public relations and marketing agency, who passed away in June 2023. Carol is looking forward to using her skills to continue support Casa Familia.
