Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Elena served as founder and president of The Bluntzer Group for 19 years, where she built a distinguished brokerage with more than $1 Billion in sales including record-breaking transactions on Fisher Island and in Gables Estates, Coral Gables.  Elena Bluntzer is the co-founder of the Condo Experts Group – a mastermind group of 16 of the top realtors in Miami-Dade County. She served as consultant to Blue Jay Capital, a premier residential and commercial developer in the City of Key Biscayne and developer of a 121 Marina, a boutique waterfront luxury condominium project in Ocean Reef, Key Largo, FL.  Elena is a long standing member of the Master Brokers Forum and served as chair of the Grievance Committee at the Miami Board of realtors for three years.
