Nick A. Inamdar is a Principal with Magellan Housing, an emerging national leader in the development of multifamily workforce and affordable housing communities. Over the last 15 years, he has been focused on the development, underwriting, and financing of multifamily housing communities throughout Florida.

Prior to founding Magellan Housing, Nick led the South Florida development office of The Gatehouse Group.  In that role, he assisted in the development of over 1,400 restricted multifamily apartments in South Florida with a cost basis in excess of $260,000,000.

He recently served as Chair for the Florida statewide industry organization, the Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers (CAHP). He has previously served as a board member for the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) and has previously served as a Gubernatorial appointed board member to the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX).

Nick is a member of Leadership Florida Class 30 and was honored as a finalist by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in their 2012 R.E.A.L (Real Estate Achievers and Leaders) Awards.  In 2012, he also received the Recent Alumni Achievement Award from the College of Business at The Florida State University.
