The Invest in Others Charitable Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying, celebrating, and inspiring the charitable work of the financial services community. Tom was among 15 finalists nominated for the 2025 Invest in Others Awards Gala.

In lieu of the general award, Raymond James chose to honor Tom in a truly special way—creating a heartfelt tribute and making a generous donation to Casa Familia in recognition of his remarkable work and lasting impact.
