The $3 million Founders Impact Campaign is much more than a capital campaign. These funds will ensure the development of The Village of Casa Familia, and future phases of the Kendall property, a place where adults with intellectual, developmental, and other related disabilities can share their dreams, develop their talents and be supported to live healthy, happy, and meaningful lives.

This first-of-its-kind community will offer adults with special needs a sense of belonging in an environment where each individual can build on their abilities to maximize their independence and become valued neighbors and friends.

Your contribution will enable us to include unique community enhancements that will enrich the lives of our exceptional residents. Some examples include:

• Community Amenities: demonstration kitchen, fitness center, art studio, movie theater, and sensory garden
• Technology: smart home technologies, a resident engagement portal, and hands-free access control system
• Resident Emergency Fund: a scholarship fund to assist residents in the event of short-term financial hardships
