Zach Johnson brings more than 8 years of experience in social services, playing a vital role in ensuring individuals with disabilities can reach their full potential. He began his career at Head Injury Rehabilitation and Referral Services (HIRRS), where he spent his early years directly supporting adults with traumatic brain injuries, and ultimately running operations for their day program and supporting the grant process (e.g., identification, writing, and execution). After nearly 7 years with HIRRS, Zach joined The Arc of South Florida in Spring 2024 and currently serves as the Senior Program Coordinator, where he oversees funding for their core programs in the Children & Youth Department.
