Ashley Blanco, was born and raised in Miami, and is currently a Senior at Florida State University, majoring in International Affairs. After graduating, she hopes to pursue her Masters in both Non-profit Management and Public Administration. “I have always placed service in the center of my life and am extremely involved in my community. I am eager to learn more about the non-profit sector, as my extensive experience with mission work in the Dominican Republic has inspired me. Those opportunities to serve have fueled my aspiration to one day start my own non-profit focused on clean water, sanitation, and education in developing countries. I’m immensely excited to come on board with the Casa Familia team and extremely passionate about the mission of this organization. I cannot wait to see our efforts come to fruition, and I look forward to being able to meet all of you.”
