Carol Cope

Carol Cope has been a practicing attorney in Miami since 1980 and currently serves as a mediator with Salmon & Dulberg Dispute Resolution. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she earned a master’s degree in School Psychology and worked as a psychologist at the John F. Kennedy Center, a school for children and young adults with intellectual disabilities in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Throughout her career as a lawyer, she has maintained her interest in working with these individuals and is delighted to serve on the Advisory Board at Casa Familia. She also serves on the board of SEED School Miami, a residential college preparatory school for children of low-income families in Miami, and has worked at the former Easter Seal Society of Miami. Carol is also the author of three nationally published non-fiction books about crimes which occurred in Miami.
