Michele serves as Associate General Counsel for MasTec, Inc. MasTec is a leading international contractor that focuses on construction in the electric power, oil & gas, communications, civil works, and renewable energy sectors. During her 18 year tenure at MasTec, Michele has handled all aspects of the company’s legal matters, including negotiating and drafting commercial and construction contracts. She currently identifies and assesses risks and oversees major litigation matters. Prior to MasTec, Michele handled a large variety of commercial and corporate matters

Michele received her B.A. from Connecticut College and her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law. She has one daughter who went to Ransom Everglades and is currently a Biomedical Engineering major at Tufts University.
