Matthew Guerra supports Casa Familia through community outreach as a member of the Young Professionals Board (YPB) and serves on the marketing committee. He founded Unleashed Potential Miami, a premium boutique neuro-adaptive fitness program serving individuals with autism and related intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Miami-Dade County. Matthew’s work focuses on raising the standard of neuro-adaptive fitness by creating intentional, relationship-driven programs designed to truly meet the needs of the autism and IDD community. Outside of his work, he enjoys training in jiu-jitsu, learning new hobbies such as salsa, and traveling.
