The Village of Casa Familia
The Village of Casa Familia is Casa Familia Kendall’s first residential community, offering affordable apartment homes for adults with Intellectual, Developmental, and Other Related Disabilities. Featuring two three-story buildings with 50 spacious one-and two-bedroom apartments, The Village of Casa Familia provides housing for 62 adults, with features and services designed to benefit and support the independence and self-agency of its residents.
All Casa Familia Kendall residents have access to shared community center amenities, opportunities to connect with one another, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy the everyday experiences that make a community feel like home.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
