The Residences at Casa Familia are specifically designed to benefit adults with Intellectual, Developmental, and Other Related Disabilities who require a higher level of care and ongoing access to 24/7 assistance.

The Residences at Casa Familia features four 6,000-square-foot homes which incorporate an integrative design and holistic approach to layouts that provide an assisted living environment for 24 adults with IDD and Other Related Disabilities.

Unlike The Village of Casa Familia and the Gardens at Casa Familia, the Residences at Casa Familia will offer a more comprehensive care environment while remaining connected to the greater Casa Familia Kendall community and fostering the same sense of belonging that Casa Familia strives to create.

Each individual home at The Residences at Casa Familia includes: a front porch, exterior patio, barbecue area. Additionally, all residents of the Residences at Casa Familia will share use of a designated clubhouse and two large hot tubs.

All Casa Familia Kendall residents have access to shared community center amenities, opportunities to connect with one another, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy the everyday experiences that make a community feel like home.

Currently under construction, The Residences at Casa Familia will welcome future residents upon completion and continue Casa Familia’s mission of creating exceptional housing for exceptional people.
