Gardens at Casa Familia
The Gardens at Casa Familia is designed to mirror The Village of Casa Familia and expand access to affordable independent housing for adults with Intellectual, Developmental, and Other Related Disabilities.
The Gardens at Casa Familia will feature a four-story building with 50 spacious one-bedroom apartments outfitted with smart technology to foster the maximum independence and autonomy of residents, focusing on independent living with supportive services in place.
The Gardens at Casa Familia includes: a gym, a community room, an exterior gazebo, a covered terrace, a zen garden, and EV charging stations.
All Casa Familia Kendall residents have access to shared community center amenities, opportunities to connect with one another, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy the everyday experiences that make a community feel like home.
The Gardens will welcome future residents Fall of 2026 and continue Casa Familia’s mission of creating Exceptional Housing for Exceptional People.
