We are proud to have created this first-of-its-kind affordable housing community in South Florida — because everyone deserves a place to call home.

The Villages are complete.
The Gardens are under construction.
We need $4.5 million to build The Residences...

The Residences at Casa Familia are thoughtfully designed homes featuring an integrative layout and a holistic approach to supportive living. They will provide an assisted-living environment for adults with Intellectual, Developmental, and Other Related Disabilities who require a higher level of care and ongoing access to 24/7 assistance.⁠

Casa Familia is more than housing. It is belonging. It is security. It is the peace of knowing your loved one will have a home today, tomorrow, and long after we’re gone.⁠
