Linda Worton Jackson

Linda Worton Jackson is a native Floridian and a practicing attorney with  Pardo Jackson Gainsburg, PL. As an attorney, Linda advises clients on all types of business transactions, including structuring and finance issues, real estate closings, acquisition strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. Linda has won many awards for her legal work, including being named a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine from 2014-2020, being named “Most Effective Lawyer” by the Daily Business Review, named a “Top Attorney” in South Florida from 2015-2020, and being named an “Attorney to Watch” in Attorney at Law Magazine.

Linda has always been a part of organizations that help children and those less fortunate, including serving on the City of Miami Beach Committee for Quality Education, providing free legal services at the Center for Social Change and serving on the Board of Directors for the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance for 6 years. As a director, Linda helped raise money to find a cure for Tuberous Sclerosis (TS), increase awareness of TS, review grant requests and improve the lives of people affected by TS. She also lobbied Congress each year for funding for research, and helped achieve over $20 Million in funding from Congress. For her volunteer efforts, Linda has been awarded the Alexander Hamilton Scholars Award from the Dade County Bar Association for service to the community at large and for serving as a role model, and was named an “Influential Business Woman” by the South Florida Business Journal.

Linda is also the proud mother of Kevin, a 19-year-old on the Autism Spectrum. Kevin is a fun, loving adult who has many friends and has maintained summer jobs while in high school.
