Mike Moran

Michael E. Moran is co-founder and managing partner of Brockway Moran & Partners, Inc. and founder of Moran Capital Partners, LLC, both private equity firms focused on the acquisition and expansion of growth-oriented, middle-market companies. He has partnered with numerous management teams to expand consumer, industrial and service companies into larger and more diverse enterprises. During his career, he has served as chairman, vice-chairman and/or director on over 20 corporate boards of directors for companies operating in industries as diverse as printed circuit boards and air ambulances.

Mike is active in numerous philanthropic organizations. He chairs the Ransom Everglades School Investment Committee and sits on the Board of Trustees, and he is a member of the Board of Directors and is vice chairman of the Orange Bowl Investment Committee. Mike is chairman of the National Coalition for Access to Autism Services (NCAAS) and of the Louisiana Coalition for Access to Autism Services (LCAAS), which advocate for access to autism services. In addition, he has been very active with Autism Speaks for many years.

Mike is the parent of one daughter and two sons and resides in Pinecrest.

He holds a BS from Drake University and an MBA from DePaul University.
