A fun barbecue cookout was held at the home of the Jawitz family on March 16, 2023.

The new Casa Familia Young Professionals Board held a Meet Up event at Bay 13 Brewery on January 26, 2023, bringing together socially conscious young professionals in South Florida for networking and conversation to support the mission of Casa Familia.

Casa Familia’s All Jazzed Up Luncheon, held on July 13, 2001 at the Coral Reef Yacht Club, brought community leaders, families, and self-advocates together to learn about the housing challenges faced by adults with IDD. Our plans are to create a solution by offering people with special needs a #choice.

Casa Familia describes the need and a solution for affordable housing in Miami-Dade County for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
